Understand all relevant rules and guidelines for food hygiene and safety.
Ability to operate pilot scale food production lines from cultivation of fungal biomass to finished food processing.
Capacity to handle raw and auxiliary material.
Maintain a safe, clean and organized production environment.
Stabilize the in-house production process according to KPIs in collaboration with colleagues in the team.
Apprenticeship as a machine and production line operator in food technology (Ausbildung Maschinen- und Anlagenführer Lebensmitteltechnik).
Prior experience in machine operation of at least two years.
Ideally have experience in the food production industry.
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Capacity to work two-shift models.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal, other languages are a plus.
Demonstrate a growth mindset, showing an eagerness to learn, adapt, and take new challenges.
