Your mission
Strategically manages allocated accounts, budget and resources provided, yielding maximum effectiveness and impact
Works closely with the Sales Lead Manager and other internal stakeholders on development of business and portfolio strategies, yearly budgets and quarterly projections, trade terms, price structures, profit margins
Develop a strong relationship with customers and understand what drives their decision making process
Facilitate account management by coordinating selling activities and customer interactions through effective leadership and communication with other areas to ensure appropriate customers’ needs are met
Ensure the execution of account plans including volume, promotional activity, visibility, logistics and financial information along with KPIs for measuring results
Negotiate and close annual and seasonal commercial agreements with account
Work closely with Finance to manage annual budgets
Provides strong leadership skills and direction to Junior Account Manager and Field Sales Representatives
Supports the company’s sales planning, controlling of discounts spending and sales results, reporting and budgeting requirements and processes
