Junior Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Junior Social Media Manager to join our fast-growing team. As a Junior Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team, and building our online presence. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and grow our community, both online and offline, through social media campaigns and brand advocate partnerships. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of our innovative start-up and make a significant impact in the biotech industry.

Plan, manage, and delegate responsibilities within own area of expertise effectively
Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral
Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends
Write and edit content for different platforms such as social media, website, and press releases
Provide administrative and project support for the marketing team

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
1+ years of experience in marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing messages for diverse customer segments
Solid project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in marketing tools and technologies and analytics tools
Basic photography and videography skills (including basic editing)
Great understanding of social media platforms, scheduling tools and project management apps.
Creative thinking combined with analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with cross-functional teams
Fluency in both German and English is a must
