Working Student - Inside Sales (m/f/d)

Your mission

We are seeking a motivated and driven Working Student - Inside Sales to join our fast-growing Commercial team from October 2024 for 6 to 12 months in Hamburg.

Active support for Sales Team to help coordinate the sales activities, support the creation on sales decks, sales material and sales order processing
Assist in training new sales representatives on product knowledge, sales processes, and customer service skills
Help monitor the performance of sales activities and the productivity of sales reps
Actively manage any in-bound customer inquiries on product and orders
Collect data and assist in analyzing sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
Support on reports on team performance, sales results, and other critical metrics for senior management
Document all sales activities and keep comprehensive records of sales and customer interactions and projects for across channels and regions
Support on CRM and tools and hygiene

Your profile

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in a related field such as business, marketing, or life sciences
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required
Previous internship experience in sales and marketing within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is preferred
Great communication skills in English and German.
