Your mission
As the Senior Social Media & Content Manager you will lead our social presence, shaping and executing a high-impact content strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and growth. This role is perfect for a creative and data-driven professional who excels at storytelling, content creation, and knows its way through all modern digital platforms. . You’ll oversee our digital marketing presence , lead on social first campaign efforts, own two websites and our agency, support on influencer partnerships, and manage our content platform and production (B2B and B2C).
Develop and manage a compelling social media strategy aligned with our brand voice and marketing goals.
Set clear objectives for content performance, audience engagement, and platform growth.
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, refining our social voice, tone, and visual identity.
Lead the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation to execution.
Produce high-quality multimedia content (posts, stories, reels, and videos) tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Experiment with new formats and creative approaches to keep content fresh and engaging.
Build and nurture an active and engaged social media community.
Identify and amplify user-generated content to enhance brand credibility.
Develop and manage strategic influencer collaborations to expand brand reach.
Oversee influencer campaigns from outreach and negotiation to execution and performance tracking.
Identify new creator opportunities that align with our brand values.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to refine strategy and stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices.
