Your mission
As (junior) Opinion Leader Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of spreading the story of our product brand MushRoots. Your mission? Build, activate, and grow a community of passionate brand advocates, from chefs, Gastro figures, artists, athletes, food entrepreneurs and creators. You’ll connect the dots between our products and the tastemakers of tomorrow.
This is not your typical social media influencer marketing role. We’re looking for a connector and community builder who understands how to bring people together and spark meaningful conversations about the future of food, create strong relationships and come up with creative event & activation ideas.
Identify and build relationships with opinion leaders across gastronomy, the startup world, athletes, artists, and purpose-driven communities.
Develop and manage partnerships with brand ambassadors, chefs, food entrepreneurs, and thought leaders.
Build an always on calendar of activations and design, manage, measure selected highlight campaigns for bigger reach and word of mouth.
Co-create storytelling opportunities: events, talks, tasting experiences, social media activations, or collabs that drive buzz and engagement.
Brief and excite all partners on latest product insights and communication objectives.
Create special and meaningful events in our local showkitchen in HH and selected gastro or off locations to bring communities and opinion leaders together.
Work cross-functionally with Communication, Brand, Product, and R&D to align messaging, target audience and amplify impact.
Help shape our brand voice and presence in the community, from niche food circles to bigger audience stages.
