Your mission
As our Trade Marketing Manager – Retail, you’ll be the driving force behind how Infinite Roots shows up in stores. From go-to-market planning to in-store campaigns and promotional activations, you’ll help turn our retail presence into a powerful brand experience.
Customer Insights: Work closely with the sales team to understand the needs, challenges, and opportunities of our retail customers. Use these insights to inform marketing strategies, asset creation and product positioning.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute trade marketing plans to introduce our product to the retail market. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless execution and relevance towards B2C target groups.
In-Store Activations: Design and implement creative marketing and consumer activations, such as tastings, product consumer activations and loyalty programs, second placements.
KPI Tracking: Establish and measure a sales tracking system and analyse our portfolio across regions and retailers to inform targeted activations and listing efforts of our sales teams.
Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between marketing, product marketing and sales, ensuring alignment on goals, messaging, and execution
