Junior Social Media Manager (m/w/d)

Your mission
  • Copywriting & Storytelling: Write engaging, error-free copy and captions in German for posts, stories, and campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

  • Creative Concepts: Develop creative storytelling formats and content ideas in German that highlight our brand, products, and community.

  • Content Production: Independently plan, create (including filming, photographing, editing), and publish social media posts (photo, video, stories, carousels) using brand guidelines. 

  • Community Management: Engage with our audience, respond to comments and DMs, and help foster a positive, active community.

  • Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of content and influencer campaigns, including scheduling, posting, and performance tracking.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and best practices, especially within the German-speaking market.

  • Communication: Communicate confidently and clearly in English (spoken and written) with colleagues and occasionally for external content.

  • Mobility: Ability to travel independently (valid German driver’s license required).

  • Optional: Support with photography, filming, and editing for social content (if you have these skills).

Your profile
  • 1–2 years experience in social media, content creation and digital marketing.

  • German native speaker (absolute must); strong written and spoken communication skills in both German and English.

  • Proven ability to write creative and compelling copy in German.

  • Experience with posting and managing content on Instagram and LinkedIn.

  • Strong sense for creative storytelling and visual aesthetics.

  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently.

  • Friendly, open-minded, and passionate about food, innovation, and digital culture.

  • Valid German driver’s license (Führerschein Klasse B).

  • Optional: Skills in photography, video filming, and editing are a plus.
