Your mission
Drive the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of quality, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Serve as a cross-functional liaison to align and support company-wide quality initiatives.
Proactively identify and assess quality risks, manage incidents and customer complaints independently, and propose effective, preventative solutions.
Create and maintain HACCP plans for both existing and newly introduced products and processes.
Oversee and optimize microbiological design standards within the production environment.
Ensure accurate management of quality documentation and certifications throughout a complex, multi-tiered supply chain.
Conduct internal audits and support external inspections, ensuring timely implementation and follow-up of corrective actions.
Supervise the sampling and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and final goods to ensure compliance and quality.
Operate and maintain quality control laboratory equipment to support testing and verification processes.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to uphold compliance standards and foster continuous improvement.
Familiarity with HACCP prerequisites, including allergen control, hold and release procedures, and supplier quality management, is highly desirable.
