Your mission
Become a proactive contributor to the development and execution of the consumer brand MushRoots (80%) and science brand Infinite Roots (20%)
Develop and execute visually compelling brand materials across digital and physical touchpoints, including social media, POS tools, marketing collateral, and campaign assets.
Translate brand strategy into creative and art direction that aligns with the company’s identity, tone, and market positioning.
Combine copy, imagery, and design elements to craft cohesive, engaging, and brand-consistent communications according to evolving brand guidelines.
Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials, maintaining visual and verbal alignment with brand guidelines.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (brand, shopper marketing, digital, sales) to deliver creative assets that drive consumer engagement and brand equity.
Utilize graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) to develop and refine high-impact visuals.
Leverage AI-driven creative and post-production tools (e.g., image generation, retouching, layout automation) to enhance efficiency and innovation in content creation.
Support the ideation and execution of campaigns, ensuring that creative output meets strategic and commercial objectives.
Project manage the brand execution across the whole company and internal employer branding and excitement.
