Your mission

People Operations

Own all core HR processes end-to-end (contracts, payroll interface, benefits, policies)
Ensure legal compliance and smooth day-to-day operations
Manage external partners (payroll, legal, advisors)
Translate business priorities into people initiatives

Talent & Performance

Oversee ongoing hiring processes together with hiring managers
Drive performance management cycles (goal setting, feedback, reviews)
Support managers in leadership, feedback, and people decision

Culture

Drive the development of our company culture and ensure it scales with the organization
Address employee relations topics Drive initiatives that support team engagement and retention

Your profile

Several years of experience in a senior People / HR role, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment
Strong hands-on mindset — you are comfortable doing the work yourself
Solid knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Experience building and developing people structures, processes, and tools in a growing organization
Confidence working closely with the leadership and senior leaders
Pragmatic, calm, and structured — especially in ambiguous situations
High level of trustworthiness, discretion and emotional intelligence when dealing with sensitive topics
Strong communication skills in English and German
