- Own all core HR processes end-to-end (contracts, payroll interface, benefits, policies)
- Ensure legal compliance and smooth day-to-day operations
- Manage external partners (payroll, legal, advisors)
- Translate business priorities into people initiatives
- Oversee ongoing hiring processes together with hiring managers
- Drive performance management cycles (goal setting, feedback, reviews)
- Support managers in leadership, feedback, and people decision
- Drive the development of our company culture and ensure it scales with the organization
- Address employee relations topics Drive initiatives that support team engagement and retention
