Your mission

Financial Planning & Performance Management

Own and continuously improve our financial planning processes (budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning)
Build and maintain financial models to track performance and identify key business drivers
Define and evolve our KPI framework
Prepare monthly investors and management reporting and derive actionable insights

Strategic Finance

Develop business cases, scenario analyses, and support key strategic decisions
Work closely with the Finance Director and leadership team on growth, profitability and strategic initiatives
Identify risks and opportunities and proactively recommend actions
Support fundraising activities, investor reporting and board materials

Business Partnering

Act as a finance business partner to teams like Sales, Marketing and Operations
Support budget owners in steering performance and making data-driven decisions
Translate financial data into clear recommendations for non-finance stakeholders

Your profile

1–3 years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Consulting, Investment Banking or similar
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
Good understanding of business drivers, growth- and profitability levers (incl. financial statements)
Ability to translate financial insights into strategic recommendations
Hands-on mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets, and experience with data and BI tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus
Fluent in English and German
